Right of withdrawal

If you made a purchase in the PUHU online store as a private individual and wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you can submit a withdrawal application using the form below. Generally, the withdrawal period is 14 days: for goods, starting from the receipt of the items, and for services, from the conclusion of the contract. You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

Once your request is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email address, including the details of the request and the date and time it was submitted. If necessary, we will also send separate instructions for returning the goods.
